现代护理学与医学并驾齐驱,已形成一个独立的综合应用学科,它不仅要求护理人员掌握护理的“三基”技能,而且要具备心理学、伦理学、美学、社会医学、公共关系学、管理学等多方面的知识。因此,面临着医学科学的飞速发展以及世界护理学的挑战,大力发展我国护理继续教育,探索适合国情的继续教育模式,培养出真正能适应医学模式转变的实用型合格护士已迫在眉睫。
