教师是教学研究的主体,促进教师专业发展是校本研究的重要目标和独特功能,也是深化课程改革的关键。我们把校本研究的目标瞄准教师专业发展,积极破解教师专业发展这一命题,并在实践中努力找准研究定位、明确研究方向、降低研究坡度,使校本研究真正进入学校空间,融入教学工作,回归师生生活。一、具体内容1.解读教材——校本研究的“不变”内容正确解读教材、领悟教材是教师必备的专业基本功,为此,我们把提高教师教材解读能力作为校本研究的重要内容,要求并引导教师正确处理好教材
