学习动机的定义是指引发或维持学生的学习行为,并使之指向一定学业目标的动力倾向。在这个定义中我们能够感知到两个方面:学习需求以及学习期待。学习需求是学生对学习的原动力,这种动力可以是学生自身的内部因素也可以是影响学生的外部因素。学习期待的主要影响因素在于教师以及教育环境。如何让学生身边的教育环境影响学生自身的学习动力并使之为学习服务是一名合格的教育工作者应该思考的,本文将就这个问题进行初步探讨。
Learning motivation is defined as the motivation to trigger or maintain a student’s learning behavior and to point it to a certain academic goal. In this definition we can perceive two aspects: learning needs and learning expectations. Learning needs is the driving force for students to learn, this power can be the student’s own internal factors can also affect students’ external factors. The main influencing factors of learning expectancy are teachers and education environment. How to make the educational environment around the students affect their own learning motivation and make it a learning service is a qualified educator should think about, this article will conduct a preliminary study of this issue.
