①目的观察多烯康对脑血栓病人血清高密度脂蛋白及其亚组分的影响。②方法给35例脑血栓病人口服多烯康28d,观察血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及其亚组分(HDL2-C,HDL3-C)改变,并取40例健康成年人为对照组。③结果治疗前病人血清HDL-C,HDL2-C,HDL2-C/HDL3-C均明显低于对照组。服用多烯康28d后,HDL-C浓度有所升高,但无统计学意义。HDL亚组分HDL2-C浓度和HDL2-C/HDL3-C比值均升高,治疗前后相比均具有显著差异(t=2.52,P<0.01;t=1.85,P<0.05)。35例病人服药前后未见肝功能改变,也无恶心呕吐症状出现。④结论多烯康可提高HDL,特别对HDL2-C的作用较明显,本药为一种较有前途的防治缺血性脑血管病的药物。
Objective To observe the effect of doeconazole on serum high density lipoprotein and its sub-components in patients with cerebral thrombosis. Methods Thirty-five patients with cerebral thrombosis were treated with polyeneconazole for 28 days. The changes of serum HDL-C and HDL-C, HDL-C and HDL-C were observed. Forty healthy adults were used as control group. ③ Results Serum HDL-C, HDL2-C and HDL2-C / HDL3-C in patients before treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group. HDL-C concentrations increased after 28 days of treatment with polyene but there was no statistical significance. HDL subgroup of HDL2-C concentration and HDL2-C / HDL3-C ratio were elevated before and after treatment were significantly different (t = 2.52, P <0.01; t = 1.85, P < 0.05). No change of liver function was found in 35 patients before and after treatment, and no symptoms of nausea and vomiting appeared. CONCLUSION Docetaxel can increase HDL, especially for HDL2-C. This medicine is a more promising drug for the prevention and treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
