普通洗井机构不能实现有效的分层注水 ,且洗井压力损失过大 ,常造成洗井不畅 ,而上压控制式反洗井机构具有打开灵活、洗井畅通、关闭可靠等优良性能 ,除洗井时沟通上下层外 ,注水井其他工作状态都能很好地将洗井通道关闭 ,起到密封分层的作用。介绍了其结构和工作原理 ,并根据洗井活塞受力特点进行了状态分析 ,设计了新型的上压控制式洗井活塞和密封面保护机构。现场 2 76井次的应用表明 ,该机构灵活可靠 ,有效地解决了注水开发油田洗井时存在的层间串通等问题 ,可大幅度提高可洗井封隔器的性能指标。
