2007-2013年雅安市雨城区成蚊与蚊媒传染病调查分析

目的了解四川省雅安市雨城区成蚊种群构成和季节消长规律,阐明主要蚊媒传染病流行特征,为蚊虫的防制和相关传染病防控提供科学依据。方法按照全国病媒生物监测方案设置监测点,采用诱蚊灯法调查成蚊种类和密度;利用中国疾病预防控制信息系统传染病报告管理系统,回顾性收集乙脑、疟疾病例信息并进行统计分析。结果雨城区成蚊有9种,其中三带喙库蚊和致倦库蚊为当地优势种;牲畜棚蚊密度最高,其次为农户;蚊活动高峰为6~8月。雨城区报告蚊传疾病乙脑10例、输入性疟疾8例,无聚集性。结论雨城区乙脑、疟疾传播媒介三带喙库蚊、中华按蚊在各类生境中密度较高,总密度尤以牲畜棚最高,应重点加强监测和病例报告、管理以及牲畜棚、居住环境蚊虫的防治工作。 Objective To understand the population structure and seasonal fluctuation of adult mosquitoes in Yucheng District, Ya’an City, Sichuan Province, and to elucidate the epidemiological characteristics of major mosquito vectors and provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of mosquitoes and related infectious diseases. Methods The monitoring sites were set up according to the national program of vector bio-monitoring and the mosquito species and density were surveyed by the method of mosquito-killing lamp. The information system of infectious disease of the Chinese CDC was used to collect the information of cases of JE and malaria and to make statistical analysis . Results There were 9 adult mosquitoes in Yucheng District, of which Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus were the dominant species in the area. The mosquito density was the highest in livestock sheds, followed by farmers. The peak of mosquito activity was from June to August. Yucheng District reported mosquito-borne diseases JE 10 cases, 8 cases of imported malaria, no aggregation. Conclusion The mosquitoes of Culex tritaeniorhynor and Culex tritaeniorhynchus in the Encephalitis and malaria vectors in Yucheng district are higher in all kinds of habitats, and the total density is the highest in livestock sheds.
