目的:描述江苏省专科护士知识共享行为现状,分析省级专科护士知识共享行为的影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样法,纳入来自江苏省各地12所二级及以上医院217名省级专科护士作为研究对象,以一般资料调查问卷、知识共享行为量表、知识自我效能感量表、护理实践环境-护理工作指数量表对其知识共享行为现状进行调查并分析影响因素。结果 :专科护士知识共享行为得分为(58.99±7.95)分,多元逐步回归分析结果显示,最高学历、从事护理工作年限、月平均夜班天数、知识自我效能感总分及护理实践环境-护理工作指数量表中的医护合作关系、服务质量的护理基础、人员和资源的合理配置3个维度得分进入回归方程,共同解释了知识共享行为水平总变异的40.2%。结论 :江苏省12所医院专科护士知识共享行为水平仍有上升空间,护理管理者可以根据其影响因素有针对性地进行干预,提高专科护士的知识共享行为水平,从而提供更优质的护理服务。
Objective: To describe the status quo of knowledge sharing behavior of nurses in Jiangsu Province and to analyze the influencing factors of knowledge sharing behavior of provincial nurses. Methods: A total of 217 provincial nurses from 12 secondary hospitals and above in Jiangsu Province were included in the study. Convenient sampling methods were included. The questionnaires of general information, knowledge-sharing behavior scale, knowledge self-efficacy scale, nursing practice Environment-nursing work index scale to investigate the status quo of knowledge-sharing behavior and analyze the influencing factors. Results: The score of knowledge sharing behavior of specialist nurses was (58.99 ± 7.95) points. The results of multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that the highest degree of nursing education, the number of days of nursing work, the number of night-shift nights per month, the total score of knowledge self-efficacy and the nursing practice environment - nursing work index The scores of health care cooperation, quality of care foundation, and reasonable allocation of staff and resources in the scale entered the regression equation and jointly explained 40.2% of the total variation of knowledge sharing behavior. Conclusion: There is still room for knowledge-sharing behavior among nurses in 12 hospitals in Jiangsu Province. Nursing managers can intervene according to their influential factors and improve the level of knowledge-sharing behavior of specialist nurses so as to provide better nursing services.
