V_1导联P波起始指数(Initial—P—V_1 lndex,简称IPI—V_1)。是在水平面上右房除极向量的面积,意义和P波最高振幅相同。可用以衡量“右房异常”。其对肺心病诊断意义国内报导尚不多。本文分析一组农村呼吸三病普查中发现的慢性支气管炎、肺气肿、可疑肺心病和肺心病患者IPI—V_1与一组正常人作比较,探讨其对早期肺心病的诊断意义。
V_1 lead P-wave initial index (Initial-P-V_1 lndex, referred to as IPI-V_1). It is the area of the right atrial depolarization vector in the horizontal plane, which means the same amplitude as the maximum amplitude of P wave. Can be used to measure “right atrial abnormalities.” Its significance for the diagnosis of pulmonary heart disease is not reported in the country. This paper analyzes a group of rural respiratory three diseases found in chronic bronchitis, emphysema, suspicious pulmonary heart disease and pulmonary heart disease patients with IPI-V_1 compared with a group of normal subjects to explore its diagnostic significance of early pulmonary heart disease.
