用~(15)N标记硝酸铵研究了烟草对氮的吸收及分布。结果看出:烟草氮的积累量,中叶>上叶>下叶。从全氮、蛋白态N、烟碱N的相对含量看,均呈现上叶>中叶>下叶的规律。而肥料氮进入的比例则呈相反趋势。硝酸铵施入土壤后利用率低,为17~26%,土壤残留为24~36%,而亏损率大于40%,最高可达63%。 从不同氮素用量对烤烟产、质影响分析,高海拔地区下等肥力土壤宜酌量多施氮肥;中、低海拔地区,中等肥力土壤宜酌量少施氮肥。
Nitrogen absorption and distribution in tobacco were studied by ~ (15) N labeled ammonium nitrate. The results showed that: the accumulation of tobacco nitrogen, middle> upper leaves> lower leaves. From the total nitrogen, protein N, the relative content of nicotine N, showed the law of the upper lobe> middle> lower lobe. The proportion of fertilizer nitrogen entering the opposite trend. Ammonium nitrate applied to the soil after the low utilization rate of 17 to 26%, soil residues of 24 to 36%, while the loss rate of more than 40%, up to 63%. From the different amount of nitrogen on flue-cured tobacco production and quality impact analysis, lower altitude fertility soil should be appropriate to more nitrogen fertilizer; medium and low altitude areas, moderate soil fertility should be appropriate to use less nitrogen.
