全球气候变暖一直是国际社会关注的热点,为了应对气候变化这一国际性难题,CO2捕集、利用和封存(Carbon Capture,Utilization and Storage,CCUS)技术应运而生,而石油石化行业作为高碳化行业,将面临着更大的挑战。调研了全球石油石化行业在CCUS技术领域研究取得的最新进展,以及我国开展的一系列相关技术研发和示范项目,进一步阐述了该行业所取得的技术成果。提出了一套针对石油石化行业CCUS的技术方案,利用燃气锅炉产生的烟气与天然气进行三重整反应,将产生的合成气用于回注或者合成DME(分离出的CO2用于驱油),并对这两种利用方式进行了经济性比较。在此基础上,提出了一种环境风险评估方法——定性评估为主的风险矩阵法,制定了风险重要性等级二维矩阵表和风险重要性等级划分标准表,对今后油气领域CCUS技术风险的评估具有指导作用。最后,就我国石油石化行业在CCUS技术领域的发展提出了几点建议。
