我们车间原使用的铁水包是利用火砖修砌的,由于我们采用二合面(石灰:萤石=1:1)进行炉外脱硫,同时利用压缩空气强烈地搅拌,致使碱度高和流动性很好的渣子对包壁侵蚀的作用非常严重,包子寿命平均只在30包左右,这就造成铁水包周转非常紧张,影响了生产。针对车间这个生产关键,在不烘炉炼钢使油砖快速烧结的启示下,利用白云石油砖修砌了碱性铁水包进行实验,结果使铁水包平均寿命提高到60~70包。这就消除了铁水包周转紧张的现象,而稳定了车间生产。 1.碱性铁水包的修砌: 将转炉使用的标准油砖打成两半(各115毫米)进行修砌包壁(破面和铁水接触),包底用油砖平砌。采用于砌的方法,在砖和保护砖之间利用废白云石粉料进行填充搞紧。(头一个实验包采用标准油砖立砌的方法修砌包壁,使用39包后由于掉砖而坏;第二个实验包及以后的改用半块砖修砌而解决了掉砖问题)。 2.碱性包的使用:
