集中空调是现代大型办公建筑不可缺少的建筑设备,在极端天气条件下,集中空调的正常运转能够维持室内有一个舒适的热湿环境,保证室内工作人员有一个较好的工作效率。然而集中空调的运行管理却往往是人们不够重视的一块。一部分人节能意识淡薄,夏天不管天气是否是极端炎热,都将空调温度设置的很低,风量调得很大造成不必要的能耗浪费。为此我们尝试将先进的BIM技术与集中空调运行结合起来,以便做出智能化、节能的管理。
Central air-conditioning is an indispensable modern large-scale office building construction equipment, in extreme weather conditions, the normal operation of central air conditioning to maintain a comfortable indoor thermal environment, to ensure that indoor workers have a better work efficiency. However, the operation and management of central air conditioning is often not enough people pay attention to one. Some people have a weak awareness of energy conservation. In the summer, regardless of whether the weather is extremely hot or cold, the temperature of the air conditioner is set to be very low, and the air volume is greatly adjusted, causing unnecessary waste of energy. To this end, we try to combine advanced BIM technology with centralized air-conditioning operation in order to make intelligent and energy-efficient management.
