近日,重庆市永川区启动2017年春风行动,为期两天的招聘会以“真情相助、就业帮扶”为主题。为解决困难人群的就业问题,永川区人社局启动了此次春风行动,将举办多场专场招聘会。该区制定了就业困难群体就业帮扶行动方案,实施调查摸底,掌握就业需求,全面掌握帮扶对象需求和企业用工需求等情况。将就业困难人员基本信息、就业需求通过网络发布,适时匹配推荐就业岗位。在3月底前,将开展就业困难人员专场招聘会26场。针对技能单一的情况,实施技能培训,提升就业技能,重点开展了适合就业困难群体参加、需求量相对较大的专业培训。同时,鼓励各类创业孵化基地
