研究了水分胁迫下不同花生抗旱品种叶片气孔开度和相对含水量变化,分析了AhNCED1基因和AhNCED1蛋白进行表达情况,发现水分胁迫下,叶片相对含水量下降,叶片气孔开度降低,叶片AhNCED1基因和AhNCED1蛋白表达增强。抗旱品种较之敏旱品种在响应水分胁迫初期时(1h)AhNCED1基因和AhNCED1蛋白表达较强,叶片气孔开度下降较快,引发气孔关闭,其叶片相对含水量较高,保水能力较强。ABA合成抑制剂naproxen处理后,叶片AhNCED1基因和AhNCED1蛋白的表达减弱,气孔开度快速增加,水分胁迫下花生叶片AhNCED1蛋白表达可能影响气孔开闭。
The changes of leaf stomatal opening and relative water content of different peanut drought-tolerant cultivars under water stress were studied. The expression of AhNCED1 gene and AhNCED1 protein were analyzed. Under water stress, the relative water content of leaves decreased, the leaf stomatal opening decreased, And AhNCED1 protein expression increased. Compared with the susceptible varieties, the expression of AhNCED1 gene and AhNCED1 protein in the drought-tolerant cultivars was stronger than that in the susceptible cultivars at the early stage of water stress (1 h). The leaf stomatal opening decreased rapidly and the stomatal closure was induced. Compared with the drought-tolerant cultivars, the relative water content was higher and the water retention capacity was stronger. ABA inhibitor naproxen inhibited the expression of AhNCED1 gene and AhNCED1 protein in leaves, and the stomatal opening increased rapidly. The expression of AhNCED1 protein in peanut leaves under water stress may affect the stomatal opening and closing.
