班级必须要有具约束性、规范性的管理制度。但制度仅仅是一种外部约束力,如何让学生从心底里认可和遵循,形成自觉的观念意识和行为规范,并升华为一种班级文化呢?首先,制订班级管理制度应是班主任引导学生形成共识的过程。制订班级管理制度并不是班主任的特权,只有激发学生参与制度制订的全过程,并且全班大多数学生达成共识,这样的制度才能使学生心服口服,自觉遵守。所以,班级制度制订的过程应该是全体学生参与班级管理的过程,是班主任引导学生形成共识的过程。例如,我班学生每天要负责打扫两块
