用金相显微镜和透射电镜对35CrMo钢扩散焊接头进行了微观分析,认为;①焊缝中的条状铁索体是由母材成分不均匀所致;②焊缝中条状铁素体内大量细小碳化物的析出,提高了扩散焊接头的机械性能;③试样心部晶粒状外部晶粒粗大是由两试样表面的不平及加热速度过快造成的,提出了进一步提高35CrMo钢扩散焊接头机械性能的焊接程序。
