本文认为,中国的经济体制改革采取了逐步的渐进式的改革方式。这就是,以安定团结、不出现大震荡为前提;以发展生产力为根本任务,逐步变革生产关系和上层建筑;以创造市场竞争的环境为手段,逐步建立社会主义市场经济体制;以新旧体制并存为过渡,逐步打破旧的体制,建立新体制;以社会实践作为检验真理的唯一标准,不断实践,不断解放思想,不断推进改革。具体做法是由点到面、由下而上、由外促内、由双轨到并轨,不断实践、认识、再实践的稳步推进的改革方式。 This paper argues that China’s economic reform has taken a gradual and gradual reform.
