钙离子可引起血管平滑肌收缩。因此,当钙离子过度流入细胞内液时,可增加肾血管阻力伴发肾缺血。为此,本文作者观察钙通道阻滞剂异搏定对缺血羊肾的作用。选择10匹体重25~30kg的羊。经氟烷,氧化氮及O_2麻醉后,应用正压呼吸机维持呼吸。在双侧胁腹作切口暴露肾后,找出肾门,同时施行双侧经皮输尿管造口术以利于直接从双肾收集尿液。使用无损伤止血钳夹住每一侧肾动脉1小时导致肾缺血。
Calcium ions can cause vascular smooth muscle contraction. Therefore, when excessive calcium influx into intracellular fluid, renal vascular resistance may increase with renal ischemia. To this end, the authors observed the calcium channel blocker verapamil on the role of ischemic sheep kidney. Choose 10 sheep weighing 25-30kg.
