药品是关系到人民群众防治疾病的特殊商品。为了保证药品质量,加强药品管理,我国制定了《中华人民共和国药品管理法》(以下简称《药品法》)及一系列配套的行政法规。多次组织力量对一些违反《药品法》现象进行集中打击。应当说,取得了显著的效果。但也应当看到当前在药品管理方面仍存在着不少问题,有法不依,执法不严的现象时有发生,有时还相当严重。 1 存在的问题(见表1)。 2 造成以上问题的原因。 2.1 领导重视不够。目前医院重医轻药的现象依然存在,个别单位还很严重。因此,药剂工作得不到足够重
