定额是指在一定条件的生产技术下,单位的合格产品消耗的人力、物力以及财力资源的数量标准。定额作为科学管理中一个重要手段,涉及到技术、实践、政策等多个方面领域。借助定额有效维护甲方和乙方的利益,因此可以说明建设工程预算定额的运用具有积极意义。本文以建设工程预算定额作为研究对象,在分析应用预算定额的积极意义的基础上详细分析其在建设工程中的具体应用,最终达到提高定额管理水平、控制工程造价的目的。
Quotas refer to the quantity and standards of manpower, material resources and financial resources consumed by the qualified products of a unit under certain conditions of production technology. Quota as an important means of scientific management, involving many aspects of technology, practice, policy and other fields. With the help of the quota, the interest of both Party A and Party B can be effectively maintained. Therefore, it is of positive significance to use the fixed budget of the construction project. In this paper, the construction project budget quota as the research object, based on the analysis of the positive significance of the application of the budget quota on the basis of a detailed analysis of its specific application in the construction project, and ultimately achieve the purpose of raising the level of quota management, project cost control.
