目的探讨回馈教学对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后功能锻炼依从性的影响。方法选择2015-01—2016-01在北京军区北戴河疗养院住院行手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者60例作为研究对象,并随机分为干预组与对照组各30例,对照组采用传统的健康指导,干预组采用回馈教学式的健康指导。结果干预后患者功能锻炼的依从性显著提高,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论回馈教学能够提高腰椎间盘突出症患者术后功能锻炼依从性,有利于术后康复。
Objective To investigate the effect of feedback teaching on functional exercise compliance in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation underwent surgery in Beidaihe Sanatorium in Beijing Military Area from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as research object and randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 30 cases each. The control group received traditional health guidance , Intervention group using feedback teaching health guidance. Results After intervention, the compliance of patients with functional exercise significantly increased, the difference was highly statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Feedback teaching can improve functional compliance of postoperative patients with lumbar disc herniation and is conducive to postoperative rehabilitation.
