行为科学认为,激励就是管理者采取有计划的措施,设置一定的工作环境,对组织成员施之以刺激,引起其内部的心理变化或动机,产生所期望的行为反应,从而达到组织目标的行动过程。由此观之,适宜的工作环境与理想的管理效果之间存在着相当密切的关系。而科学的领导方法、良好的心理品质、对部属真诚的期待是管理者创设良好工作环境时必须认真对待的三个方面。
Behavioral science believes that motivation is that managers take planned measures to set a certain working environment, to stimulate the members of the organization to exert its internal psychological changes or motivations, resulting in the desired behavioral response, so as to achieve organizational goals process. From this point of view, there is a fairly close relationship between the right work environment and the desired management effectiveness. The scientific leadership methods, good psychological quality, sincere expectations of the subordinates is that managers must create a good working environment must be taken seriously in three aspects.
