目的观察品管圈活动在手术室仪器设备管理中的应用效果。方法从2015年7月起,在医院手术室的仪器设备管理当中实施品管圈活动,将实施前的仪器设备故障发生率作为对照组,将实施后的相关数据作为观察组,对2组数据进行统计和对比。结果观察组的仪器设备故障发生率为2.6%明显低于对照组的19.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室仪器设备管理过程中,品管圈活动的实施能够显著降低仪器设备的故障发生率,并延长仪器设备的使用寿命,提高手术室人员的协作精神和工作效率,增强他们的管理意识,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the application effect of quality control loop in operating room equipment management.
