天津市滨海新区大港春光小学原名刘岗庄小学,始建于1979年。到2007年,历经七任校长,在一批又一批老师们的辛勤培养下,为各级中学输送了优秀学生,在当地赢得了较好的社会声誉。这几年里,我与春光小学共同成长,在学校管理实践活动中,对如何提高办学效能展开了一系列思考和探索。一、夯实六个环节提升管理效能近几年,我们夯实“有效备课、有效上课、有效训练、有效作业、有效辅导及有效监测”六个环节,
Tianjin Binhai New Area Dagang Spring Primary School formerly known as Liu Gangzhuang primary school, was founded in 1979.
