Classical angiomyolipomas are benign tumors composed of various tissues,including fat,abnormal blood vessels and smooth muscle cells.The present study reports a male patient affected by mediastinal angiomyolipomas with massive chvlous pleural effusion.The tumors were characterized with histological and immunohistochemical methods.
