城市房屋拆迁是城市建设中的一个重要环节,直接影响到城市建设和城市发展,更关系到广大群众的切身利益和安居乐业。自从国务院《城市房屋拆迁管理条例》的颁布和实施以来,城市房屋的拆迁管理已逐渐纳入法制化管理的轨道。文章结合苍南县的实际情况,探讨如何落实城镇房屋拆迁政策,促进城市建设发展。
Urban housing demolition is an important link in urban construction, which directly affects urban construction and urban development. It is even more relevant to the vital interests of the broad masses of people and their livelihood. Since the promulgation and implementation of the State Council’s “Regulations on the Administration of Urban Housing Demolition”, the demolition and relocation management of urban housing has gradually been incorporated into the legalized management. Based on the actual situation of Cangnan County, this article discusses how to implement the policy of urban housing demolition and promote the urban construction and development.
