文章首先从盘形滚刀与岩石支承面间的受力进行分析,并由力的平衡方程式得出了垂直推压力 Q 与水平推动力 P 及滚动阻力系数(切割系数)f 之间的相互关系;然后提出了盘形滚刀要达到纯滚动的两个条件;对滚动阻力系数 f 值与附着系数(?)值的确定作了探讨,在对现有 f 值预测公式分析的基础上提出了计算 f 值的新公式。
The article first analyzes the force applied between the disk-shaped hob and the rock bearing surface, and derives the relationship between the vertical thrust pressure Q and the horizontal thrust force P and the rolling resistance coefficient (cutting factor) f from the force balance equation. Then two conditions were proposed for the disc rolling hob to achieve pure rolling; the determination of the value of the rolling resistance coefficient f and the adhesion coefficient (?) was discussed, based on the analysis of the existing f value prediction formula. Calculate the new formula for the f-value.
