中国证监会日前决定,对违反证券法规的深圳鹏博兴投资咨询有限公司及谢越清处以撤销证券、期货投资咨询业务资格的处罚,对同样违反证券法规的河北证券唐山营业部(原唐山证券公司直属营业部)罚款20万元,并处理相关责任人。据查实,深圳鹏博兴公司证券、期货投资咨询从业人员谢越清,于1999年6月30日通过其注册的深圳市上策投资顾问公司向深圳盛润网络系统有限公司提供了虚假信息,致使该虚假信息通过盛润2000网站对外发布。河北证券唐山营业部于1999年7月1日9时20分左右,通过广播及电子屏幕向投资者发布了该虚假信息。
