高校资产在高校正常教学工作开展的过程中的作用举足轻重,是教学科研活动顺利进行的基础,也被作为衡量高校办学条件的硬指标。近些年来,随着高校教学、办学质量的提高,高校资产投入比重也出现了提高,不少高校加大了资产投入。可是长期以来因其缺乏科学系统的管理而使其存在不少问题,在某种程度上阻碍了高校的发展,一度成为高校发展中的顽疾。如何正视高校资产管理中存在的问题、强化资产管理、提供高校资产使用效率是高校资产管理过程中必须要解决的课题。
