目的:探讨复方芪苓无糖颗粒剂对高脂血症大鼠血脂调节及肝脏保护作用。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为正常组与造模组,脂肪乳剂建立高脂血症大鼠模型后,将造模组大鼠随机均等分为模型组、血脂康胶囊组、复方芪苓无糖颗粒剂高、中、低剂量组。检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清甘油三脂(TG)、血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)水平。结果:①与模型组比较,各给药组血清TC、LDL-C水平均显著性降低(P<0.01),血清HDL-C水平显著性升高(P<0.01);各给药组血清ALT、AST均有不同程度降低(P<0.01)。②与血脂康组比较,复方芪苓无糖颗粒降低血清TC、LDL-C,升高血清HDL-C均有统计学差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);复方芪苓无糖颗粒高、中剂量组降低血清ALT最显著,有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:复方芪苓无糖颗粒具有显著的降血脂、保护肝脏的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of compound prescription of QiLing sugar-free granule on blood lipid regulation and liver protection in hyperlipidemic rats. Methods: The SD rats were randomly divided into normal group and model group. Fat emulsion was used to establish hyperlipidemic rat model. The rats in model group were randomly divided into model group, Xuezhikeng capsule group, compound Qilinguling Sugar granule high, medium and low dose group. Serum TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, SOD, Dialdehyde (MDA), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels. Results: ①Compared with model group, the levels of serum TC and LDL-C in each group were significantly decreased (P <0.01) and the levels of serum HDL-C were significantly increased (P <0.01); The levels of serum ALT , AST decreased to varying degrees (P <0.01). Compared with Xuezhikang group, the compound prescription of Quling granule reduced serum TC, LDL-C and increased serum HDL-C (P <0.05, P <0.01) The middle dose group reduced serum ALT the most significant, with statistical significance (P <0.01). Conclusion: The compound qi-ling sugar-free granule has significant effect of lowering blood fat and protecting the liver.
