目的为深入研究黄腊果(Stauntonia brachyanthera Hand.-Mazz.)叶的化学成分,对该植物的全面开发奠定基础。方法综合利用各种色谱方法和波谱学技术进行研究。结果从黄蜡果叶体积分数70%乙醇提取物中分离得到9个化合物,分别为1-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-(2S,3R,4E,8E)-2-[(2R)-2-hydroxyhexadecanoylamino]-4,8-octadecadiene-1,3-diol(1)、1-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-(2S,3S,4R,9Z)-2-[(2R)-2-hydroxydocosanoylamino]-9-octadecene-1,3,4-triol(2)、二十八烷醇(octacosanol,3)、(6S,9S)-长寿花苷(corchoionoside C,4)、西米杜鹃醇(simiarenol,5)、白桦酸(betulinic acid,6)、羽扇豆醇(lupeol,7)、3-羟基-2-甲基-4-吡喃酮(3-hydroxy-2-methyl-4-pyrone,8)和肌醇(myo-inositol,9)。结论化合物1~5为首次从野木瓜属植物中分离得到,化合物6为首次从黄腊果植物中分离得到。
Objective To further study the chemical constituents of leaves of Stauntonia brachyanthera Hand.-Mazz., And lay a foundation for the comprehensive development of this plant. The methods are comprehensively studied using various chromatographic methods and spectroscopy techniques. Results Nine compounds were isolated from 70% ethanol extract of the leaves of Wax fruit, which were 1-O- (2S, 3R, 4E, 8E) -2 - [(2R) - 2-hydroxyhexadecanoylamino] -4,8-octadecadiene-1,3-diol (1), 1-O- (2S, 3S, 4R, 9Z) -hydroxydocosanoylamino] -9-octadecene-1,3,4-triol (2), octacosanol (3), (6S, 9S) -quchoionoside C Simiarenol 5, betulinic acid 6, lupeol 7, 3-hydroxy-2-methyl-4-pyrone , 8) and myo-inositol (9). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 5 were isolated from wild papaya for the first time, and compound 6 was isolated from yellow waxy plant for the first time.
