一段时间以来,通过与一些党政机关、企事业单位秘书的交往和联系,我发现许多秘书对文件资料的管理感到吃力,他们有时为查找一份文件翻箱倒柜,但仍无结果。如此这般,轻则降低工作效率,重则造成经济损失。这些秘书文化层次均较高,为何在文件管理过程中常出现上述现象呢?据我个人所见,根本原因在于这些秘书对文件管理的重要性没有足够认识,没有找到一套切合领导工作实际且行之有效的管理方法。
For some time now, with the exchanges and contacts with some Party and government agencies, secretaries of enterprises and public institutions, I found that many secretaries were struggling with the management of the documents and they sometimes went through the process of looking for a document, but still no result. This is the case, ranging from lower efficiency, while causing economic losses. These secretaries have a high level of culture. Why do these phenomena often appear in the document management process?
