This is the tenth session of the conference. The host country hosting this meeting is Sweden. The conference location is in Stockholm. According to past practice, this meeting was called the Stockholm Conference. The purpose of this conference is to enable scientists and engineers engaged in soil mechanics and foundation engineering to report on their new ideas and achievements while sharing experiences and intelligence with each other.
