目的探讨心脑血康胶囊改善微循环和降血脂功能的药理作用。方法通过显微镜观察小鼠耳廓微循环,根据微血管口径的变化,判断药物改善机体微?环的作用;采用喂养大鼠高脂饲料的方法建立实验性高脂血症模型,观察药物的降血脂及其抗氧化的作用。结果心脑血康胶囊5.12g生药/kg剂量能明显扩张小鼠耳廓微血管(p<0.05);2.56g生药/kg剂量能显著改善高脂血症大鼠的体重(p<0.05),降低高脂血症大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C(p<0.05),升高HDL-C(p<0.05),降低大鼠血清MDA含量(p<0.05),提高SOD、GSH-Px活性(p<0.05~0.01),其中1.28g生药/kg剂量能明显降低MDA含量和GSH-Px活性(p<0.05)。结论心脑血康胶囊能扩张小鼠耳廓微循环,改善机体微循环;对实验性高脂血症大鼠具有一定的降血脂和抗脂质过氧化作用。“,” Objectives To study the effect of Xinnaoxuekang capsules on the microcirculation improving and plasma lipid lowering actions. Methods Detect the effects of Xinnaoxuekang capsules on mouse auricle microcirculation using aurical microcirculation observation. Established models of experimental hyperlipemia(HL) in rats by feeding them on a high fat die. Then observed the effects of Xinnaoxuekang capsules on plasma lipid lowering and anti-peroxidation. Results Xinnaoxuekang obviously dilated the mouse auricle capil ary vessels(p<0.05)at a dose of 5.12g?kg-1?d-1(crude drug). At a dose of 2.56g?kg-1?d-1(crude drug),Xinnaoxuekang obviously slowed down the rats body weight gain induced by high fat diet as compared with the controls (p<0.05),TC,TG and LDL-C were markedly decreased(p<0.05),while HDL-C remarkably elevated in the experimental rats (p<0.05). Also serum MDA were reduced (p<0.05),whi1e the activities of SOD and GSH-Px significantly increased(p<0.05~0.01). At a dose of 1.28g?kg-1?d-1(crude drug), Xinnaoxuekang obviously reduced MDA(p<0.05),and increased the activities of GSH-Px(p<0.05). Conclusion Xinnaoxuekang can markedly improve mouse auricle microcirculation,and has a distinct effect of lowering the blood lipid and anti-peroxidation in experimental HL rats.
