采用免疫组织化学碱性磷酸酶标记ABC-AP(ABC-AP)法显示,用图像分析仪进行定量分析,研究了白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)和γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)对外周血单个核细胞白细胞分化抗原CD11b表达的调节作用。结果表明,4种细胞因子中有3种对单个核细胞表面CD11b抗原的表达有不同程度的上调作用,强度依次为IL-6>IL-1>TVF;IL-1还有使CD11b抗原在细胞膜上的分布呈集中化的趋势。
Immunohistochemical ABC-AP (ABC-AP) method was used to detect the expression of interleukin-1 (IL-1), interleukin-6 ), Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) on the expression of peripheral blood mononuclear cell differentiation antigen CD11b. The results showed that three of the four cytokines had different up-regulation of the expression of CD11b on the surface of mononuclear cells, with the order of IL-6> IL-1> TVF. IL-1 also induced CD11b antigen in the cell membrane The distribution is concentrated on the trend.
