为检测小型固体火箭发动机药柱包复层界面脱粘、药柱内部的气泡和裂纹而研制的超声检测机,用聚焦声束对药柱表面做螺旋线式的穿透扫查,根据得到的药柱表面展开图可定位及半定量的判断缺陷。为避免使用耦合剂,研制了专用的充油聚焦干耦合超声探头。实验证明,耦合情况稳定效果良好。本方法对其他非金属材料复合材料亦可做无损探伤。
