一个国家的民主政治水平决定着一个国家政治文明的程度,而判断一个国家的民主政治水平,则在很大的程度上取决于国家的执政党能否实现民主执政和依法执政。在加强社会主义政治文明建设过程中,中国共产党虽然走过了艰难曲折的道路,但也取得了巨大的功绩。中国共产党的四代领导集体把马克思主义基本原理与中国具体情况相结合,科学性地提出了社会主义政治文明的概念和三个文明协调发展的思想,进一步拓展了马克思主义文明理论,并创立了人民民主理论,丰富并深化了马克思主义政治文明的内涵,为科学社会主义政治文明理论发展做出了新的贡献。本文在分析十一届三中全会前后党对社会主义政治文明建设理论的基础上来探讨中国共产党对社会主义政治文明建设的理论贡献。
The level of democratic politics in a country determines the degree of political civilization in a country. Judging a country’s level of democratic politics depends to a large extent on whether the state’s ruling party can achieve democratic governance and governs according to law. In the process of strengthening the construction of socialist political civilization, although the Chinese Communist Party has gone through a difficult and tortuous path, it has also achieved great achievements. The four generations of collective leadership of the CPC have combined the basic tenets of Marxism with the concrete conditions in China and scientifically proposed the concept of socialist political civilization and the thought of coordinated development of the three civilizations, further expanded Marxist theory of civilization and established The theory of people’s democracy enriches and deepens the connotation of Marxist political civilization and makes new contributions to the development of the theory of scientific socialism and political civilization. Based on the analysis of the theory of the construction of socialist political civilization before and after the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, this article explores the theoretical contribution of the CPC to the construction of socialist political civilization.
