1997年2月4日,青岛铝加工厂一次性顺利通过ISO9002国际质量体系认证,成为山东省同行业中唯一获此殊荣的企业,也是全国有色系统中较早通过认证,为数不多的企业之一。 几年来,青岛铝加工厂始终视产品质量为企业生命,始终把质量管理工作放在各项工作的首位,严格质量管理,使“环鸥”牌系列产品的市场竞争能力稳步提高,市场份额逐步扩大,并成为青岛市产品质量监督检验所推荐产品,山东省建委建材定点生产企业,而且在1996年第四季度国家技术监督局监督抽查为合格产品。虽然获此荣誉,但厂领导深深体会到,只抓产品质量是不够的,必须不断建立和完善企业的质量保证体系,才能使整体质量水平有一个大的飞跃。基于这个统一认识,工厂于1995年底与山东省质量认证咨询中心签订了协议,从省技术监督局聘请专家到厂宣传贯彻ISO9002标准,并培训了20名合格的内审员,为企业顺利贯彻、建立、实施质量体系打下坚实的基础.在宣传贯彻的基础上,结合工厂实际编写了《质量手册,和相关的《程序文件》,对各个部门的职责、权限等进行了科学、细致的划分,并组织了多次内审。
