研究了三甲胺的测定方法和采样方法 ,用碱处理色谱柱及固体吸附剂 ,减少吸附 ,是本方法的特点。本法对三甲胺的检测限为 6 35 μg/ml;测定精密度用相对标准偏差表示为 4 5 9%~ 6 14% ;解吸效率为 93 9%~ 97 4% ;样品可在 10℃冰箱中保存 7天 ,解吸效率大于 90 %以上 ;当浓度为 140~2 2 3mg/m3时 ,采样效率大于 96 % ;2 0 0mg硅胶穿透容量为 2 38mg;应用本方法测定空气中三甲胺 ,灵敏度高 ,重现性好 ,简便易行 ,本研究符合监测规范化方法要求
