长期不吃早饭易得胆结石,但跟糖尿病有关系吗?近年来的一些大型研究证实了这个说法。一项2012年发表的研究对29206名没有患糖尿病的健康男性跟踪调查16年,发现和每天规律吃三餐的人相比,每天不吃早餐的男性患糖尿病的风险会升高25%。即便除去其他可能导致糖尿病的因素,甚至消除体重变化的影响,不吃早餐也会让患糖尿病的风险升高16%。也就是说,不吃早餐,哪怕并没有引起体重增加,仍然会更容易患上糖尿病。

In other words, not eating breakfast, even if did not cause weight gain, will still be more susceptible to diabetes.
