Job interview interviewing is a game between interviewer and candidate. Whether the game is successful or not depends on whether the enterprise human resource management department can guarantee the validity of the interview process. Analyzing the factors influencing the job interview negotiation can improve the effectiveness of the job interview negotiation so as to improve the effectiveness of the job recruitment.
