经济发展半年大考,考验的是各级各部门克难攻坚力保增长的决心和毅力,考验的是我市经济应对各种风险挑战的能力和实力。必须看到,经济增速放缓的趋势短期内难以明显改观,经济增长率下调既是各方因素综合作用的结果,也是经济转型期必然迈过的一道槛。唯有持续增强经济增长的内生动力,才能在保持经济平稳发展的同时推动转型升级。
The six-year exam of economic development tests the determination and perseverance of various departments at all levels to tackle difficult problems and insist on increasing economic growth. The test is the ability and strength of the city’s economy to respond to various risk challenges. We must see that the trend of slowing economic growth is unlikely to change significantly in the short term. The downward adjustment of the economic growth rate is not only the result of the combined effect of various factors but also an inevitable step in the economic restructuring. Only by continuing to enhance the endogenous motivation of economic growth can we promote the transformation and upgrading while maintaining a steady economic development.
