随着国有煤矿企业改革的深入,企业的组织形式、运行机制、管理模式都发生了巨大变化。基层区队的思想政治工作如何适应新形势、新任务,务实创新,为营造和谐健康稳定的企业内部环境,为区队的安全生产提供必要的精神动力和有力保障,亟待认真研究和努力实践。
With the deepening of the reform of state-owned coal mines, great changes have taken place in the organizational form, operation mechanism and management mode of enterprises.
