建立精度较高的有限元模型是保证结构分析正确性的重要前提,提高精度也是建模的难点之一。本文运用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,通过对某轻型客车自车身侧围零部件CATIA数模的导入、修整、重构及划分网格并处理连接关系等,建立了具有较高精度的白车身侧围分总成有限元模型,介绍了一种实用的车身有限元精确建模方法。
Establishing a finite element model with high accuracy is an important precondition to ensure the correctness of structural analysis. Improving accuracy is also one of the difficulties in modeling. In this paper, a large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to establish a high-precision white body side by introducing a CATIA digital model of a light passenger car from the side of the vehicle body, trimming, reconstructing and dividing the grid and processing the connection relationship, A finite element model of the perimeter assembly is introduced. A practical finite element modeling method of the bodywork is introduced.
