通过对温室基本结构的分析,在借鉴辽沈I型日光温室的基础上,设计出经济型日光温室。该温室首次采用混凝土柱和垛土墙共同承担骨架的荷载,使垛土墙受力明显减小,避免了垛土墙遇水易坍塌现象,增加温室的耐久性。设计出的经济型日光温室造价为2.8666万元/667m2(不包括工作间) ,比相同跨度的辽沈I型日光温室节省造价2万余元。通过对经济型日光温室、辽沈I型日光温室、竹木型日光温室年产值与年投入(运行费用)进行分析 ,结果表明年产值与年投入之差分别为11077元、9865元、3773元
Through the analysis of the basic structure of the greenhouse, we designed an economical solar greenhouse based on the reference of Liaoning Shenyang I greenhouse. For the first time, the greenhouse uses the column of concrete and the load-bearing wall to share the load of the skeleton, so that the load of the pile-soil wall is obviously reduced, avoiding the collapse of the pile-soil wall and increasing the durability of the greenhouse. The economic solar greenhouse cost is designed to be 286,660 yuan / 667m2 (not including the workplace), which saves more than 20,000 yuan more than the same type of Liaoning-Shenyang I-type solar greenhouse. Through the analysis of the annual output value and annual investment (operation cost) of economic solar greenhouse, Liaoshen I solar greenhouse and bamboo-wood solar greenhouse, the results show that the differences between annual output value and annual investment are respectively 11,077 yuan, 9,865 yuan and 3,773 yuan
