以Ni2+离子为模板剂,环氧氯丙烷和乙二醇双缩水环氧丙基醚(ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether ,简称EGDE)作交联剂,用滴加法合成了新型球状Ni2+模板壳聚糖螯合树脂。得到的树脂颗粒均匀、强度大,在填料塔中压降小,耐酸碱,重复使用性能好。研究了树脂对Ni2+ 、Cu2+、Zn2+、Cr6+的吸附性能,实验证明:模板与非模板相比,树脂对Ni2+ 、Cu2+、Zn2+的吸附容量提高1倍左右,而对Cr6+的吸附容量基本不变。同时研究了树脂对Ni2+的吸附等温线以及pH、颗粒孔径及比表面、模板中金属离子含量、交联剂种类等对吸附容量的影响。
A novel spherical Ni2 + templated chitosan chelate was synthesized by drop-wise addition of epichlorohydrin and ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether (EGDE) with Ni2 + ions as templating agent. Resin. The obtained resin particles are uniform and strong, with small pressure drop in the packed tower, acid and alkali resistance and good reusability. The adsorption properties of Ni2 +, Cu2 +, Zn2 + and Cr6 + were studied. The experimental results show that the adsorption capacity of Ni2 +, Cu2 + and Zn2 + is about double that of the template, while the adsorption capacity of Cr6 + is almost unchanged. At the same time, the adsorption isotherms of the resin on Ni2 + as well as the pH, particle size and surface area, the content of metal ions in the template and the type of crosslinking agent were studied.
