本溪市育智学校始建于1987年,最初由明山区延风小学的两个辅读班组成。1995年5月,本溪市政府决定在延风小学原有教学楼东侧接建了面积1875平方米的教学楼,成立本溪市育智学校,与延风小学形成一套班子两所学校的管理体制。苏霍姆林斯基曾说过:“学校领导,首先是思想上的领导。”可见,学校的发展得力于领导者的思想引领和理念提升。延风小学与育智学校因地制宜,发挥学校资源优势,以科研促教研,以校本教研促进学
