社区矫正制度是适用于青少年的一种新兴的非监禁刑罚执行方式。利用社区矫正的方法来矫治和挽救青少年罪犯,既有利于青少年的未来发展,也有利于整个和谐社会的发展。我国于2003年从国外引进“社区矫正”制度,2011年该制度被正式写入刑法修正案(八)中。目前,青少年社区矫正制度在发展的过程中仍存在很多问题,矫正制度还有待完善。一、犯罪青少年的特点和社区矫正的必要性(一)犯罪青少年的特点
