With xylenol orange as a color reagent, 72 spectrophotometer serum zinc detection, the method is simple, suitable for use in hospital laboratories. Serum zinc levels in 50 healthy adults were estimated to be normal at 65-151 μg / dl (10.0-23.2 μmol / l)
