全国第六次公共图书馆评估定级已经开始,针对评估标准建设问题,通过研究国际标准化组织(ISO)发布的最新标准ISO11620:2014,分析图书馆绩效评估发展趋势。作者采用文本分析法对ISO11620:2014进行了深入解读,诠释了该标准的指标体系和特点,并采用比较分析法将其与2008年发布的ISO11620:2008进行了对比分析。根据新版的指标体系的变化,总结出图书馆绩效评估未来的发展趋势有注重馆藏成本评估、增加珍藏评估标准、注重员工效率的提升、注重完善用户使用场所、重视参考咨询评估、注重加快馆藏数字化等。
The sixth national public library assessment grading has started. In view of the construction of evaluation standards, this paper analyzes the development trend of library performance evaluation by studying the latest standard ISO11620: 2014 released by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
